Return & Exchange Policy
*** IMPORTANT as of April 16, 2020: Due to the current pandemic, new local regulations have been issued that state that returns and exchanges of goods are not permitted except for purchases suffering from a factory defect. Due to this, please make sure that you select the correct size and product upon purchase as we will not be able to return or exchange any item. Once local authorities issue any update to this regulation, we will update this policy accordingly. Thank you for understanding.***
The below policy will only apply once local regulations have allowed returns and exchanges to take place:
We are happy to return or exchange items you have purchased within one week of shipment arrival date. All you need to do is contact us within one week from the shipment arrival date and we will arrange pick up of the item on your behalf.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to make a return or an exchange if the one week period has passed. Proof of purchase is required. The items should be returned clean, unworn, have all their tags and in the same packaging that you received it.
Once items are received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved we will refund the amount in the original method of payment or through bank transfer. It may take up to 2 weeks to receive your refund depending on your location and your bank. Courier pick up charges, delivery charges and bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND (if applicable):
If your refund has been approved and you haven’t received the refunded amount yet after 2 weeks, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or if it is defected or damaged. Please contact us to arrange for a pick up within one week of delivery of your item. Shipping charges apply.
To return your product, please contact us using the contact details below and we will arrange for the return on your behalf. In the case of a refund or exchange, you will be charged for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the cost of the delivery to you and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
